An ordinance pertaining to an application for a Conditional Use for a Fraternity/Sorority use
in the Residence R-2 District.
Be it ordained by the governing body of the City of Brookings, South Dakota that said
Conditional Use shall be approved for a Fraternity/Sorority use on Lot 4, Block 2, Peterson's
First Addition with the following conditions:
Said Conditional Use Permit shall expire on August 31, 2014
All sections and ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
First Reading: January 22, 2013
Second Reading: February 12, 2013
Published: February 15, 2013
