Chair Sternhagen called the meeting to order at 12:01 pm
Littlecot motioned and Alvery seconded to adopt the agenda with addition of topic
Motion passed.
Doran motioned, Alvery seconded to approve the minutes of September 2019 meeting. Motion Passed
SDSU liaison position—Grendler made a motion to create this position, Holm seconded, motion
passed
o Nadine Gjerde will submit her application for review
Budget $2.278.22 left to spend by end of calendar year
Public Promotions

Mark ordered some Christmas Ornaments
Doran made a motion to create a campaign task force to develop ideas to
promote this campaign to give some direction, Alvey seconded, motion passed
o Review of Marketing and Brochures
Reviewed Matt’s feedback and it was sent on to Jackie for updating
o Spring Event
New subcommittee will create plan for this
o Able Award
Keep thinking for ideas for next year
