An Ordinance to Permit by Conditional Use
an Office Building in a Residence R-2 Two -Family District.
Be It Ordained by the governing body of the City of Brookings, South Dakota that said
Conditional Use Permit shall be approved to operate an office building on Outlots B and
S of Section 23, Township 110 North, Range 50 West to the City of Brookings,
Brookings County, South Dakota with the following conditions:
1) None
All sections and ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
