Pahl discussed the Community Coalition, the Brookings Empowerment Project and the Crisis Intervention Team monthly meeting with the group. Eining said there are so many sectors in Brookings who are doing this voluntarily. Eining talked about the challenges of it being a governmental entity. Hansen said there are many pros and cons. He said it would definitely look different. Eining asked that the task force’s fourth objective, providing a venue for collaboration and communication, be added to the next agenda for discussion.
