Resolution Authorizing Change Order No. 1, Final, for Project 2021-04STI
Swiftel Pavement Reconstruction Project; Timmons Construction, Inc.
Be It Resolved by the City Council that the following change order be allowed for 2021-
04ST1, Swiftel Pavement Reconstruction Project:
Construction Change Order Number 1 (Final): Adjust plan quantities to as -
constructed quantities for an increase of $21,362.00 to close out the project.
This will result in a final contract amount of $130,894.50.
Passed and approved this 14th day of December 2021.
