Per the previous city council meeting, wasn’t the council going to wait for Clark Drew to submit a potential plan for
the area?
Also, didn’t the council discuss waiting on the rezoning until planning along 20th St. S. to the East began to
become more solidified?

With the limited amount of buildable property in Brookings it makes NO SENSE to turn residential zoned property
to business zoned. Unless you don't care about affordable housing.
