Municipal Utilities Board June 24, 2021
City of Brookings
A special meeting of the Municipal Utilities Board was held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday,
June 24, 2021, via WEBEX with the following members present: Bartels, Harvey and Hawley.
Absent: Carruthers, Hansen.
ADOPTION OF AGENDA
Motion was made by Hawley, seconded by Bartels to adopt the agenda as presented. All
members present voted in favor of the motion.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Motion was made by Hawley, seconded by Bartels to adjourn to an executive session to
discuss personnel matters. All members present voted in favor of the motion.
The Board reconvened in open session.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned.
