An Ordinance Amending Chapter 94-7(b) of the City of Brookings
and pertaining to the procedure for a Zoning Change
Be It Ordained by the Governing Body of the City of Brookings, South Dakota that
Section 94-?(b) of the Zoning Ordinances of the City of Brookings be amended as
follows:
Sec. 94-7. -Amendments.
(b) Application requirements. All applications shall be submitted to the community
development department in the form as provided by the community development
department, on or before the 1st day of the month preceding the regular planning
commission meeting in which the request is to be heard. (e.g. file by August 1st for
consideration at the September Planning Commission meeting).
Any and all ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.

Second Reading: July 13, 2021
