Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Brookings, South Dakota, as followsl
Sec. 2-92. Introduction and Adoption of Annual Municipal Budget Ordinance.
A. Pursuant to SDCL 9-21-34, the annual municipal budget ordinance shall be
submitted to the City Council for first reading not later than the first regular
meeting in November.
B. The second reading of the annual municipal budget ordinance shall be held at
least five days after the first reading.
C. The annual municipal budget ordinance shall be published prior to December 31
following adoption. I
Any and all ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
