OFFICIAL SUMMARY
Chairperson Gregg Jorgenson called the meeting of the City Planning Commission to order on
Tuesday February 2, 2021, at 5:43 PM in the Council Chambers Room #310 on the third floor of the
City & County Government Center. Members present were Tanner Aiken, James Drew, Greg Fargen,
Jason Meusburger, Lee Ann Pierce, Eric Rasmussen and Jorgenson. Absent were Ashley Biggar and
Jacob Mills. Also present were City Planner Ryan Miller, City Engineer Jackie Lanning and others.
Item #4a — This plat was reviewed by the Planning Commission at the April, 2020 meeting and was
approved. The plat has been revised to add an additional lot for a total of 4 lots and an additional
access drive. There will be one 40' shared access drive located along Main Ave S that will serve Lots
1 and 2, another 40' shared access drive along 32nd St S serving Lots 2 and 3, and a third 24' access
drive that will serve only Lot 4.
Drew wondered if there should be regulations applied since this new lot is so small. Miller explained
that in the B-3 zoning district, there is not a minimum lot size.
The meeting adjourned at 5:52 p.m.
