Brookings City Council
February 18, 2021
The Brookings City Council held a training on February 18, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. via Zoom
with the following City Council members present: Mayor Keith Corbett and Council
Members Patty Bacon, Leah Brink, Joey Collins, Oepke Niemeyer, Holly Tilton Byrne,
and Nick Wendell. City Attorney Steve Britzman, City Manager Paul Briseno, and City
Clerk Bonnie Foster were also present.
D -I -S -C Training. The City Council held a D -I -S -C (Dominance, Influence, Steadiness,
Compliance) Assessment Training. No action was taken.
Training was completed at 5:03 p.m.
