Board Meeting
July 26, 2004
A special meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Brookings Hospital and
Brookview Manor was held on Monday, July 26, 2004, at noon in
Conference Rooms A-B of the Brookings Hospital.
Present were: Rob Jones, Ardelle Lundeen, Michelle Robbins, Dianna Evers,
Dave Kasperson, John Ramsay, Chuck Blazey and Dave Johnson,
Administrator.
President Jones called the meeting to order at 12:20. At 12:23 p.m. there
was a motion to go into Executive session in accordance with SDCL 1-25-
2.1, M/S/P. The Board came out of executive session at 1:45. There being
no further business motion was made to adjourn.
