BROOKINGS HOSPITAL AND BROOKVIEW MANOR
BOARD OF TRUSTEES MEETING
July 19, 2004
The Board of Trustees of the Brookings Hospital and Brookview Manor met
on July 19, 2004, in Hospital Conference Rooms A-B-C. Agenda was
approved.
Present were: Dianna Evers; Roberta Kasperson, Rob Jones; Ardelle
Lundeen; Michelle Robbins; Zeno Wicks; Dave Kasperson; Dr. John Ramsay,
Chuck Blazey; Tim Reed, ex-officio; Julie Whaley, ex-officio and Dave
Johnson, Administrator. Motion at 6:40 p.m. to enter executive session to
discuss marketing strategy where public discussions would be harmful to the
competitive position of the business as provided for under SDCL 1-25-2-
(5). M/S/P.
Motion to come out of executive session at 9:00 p.m. No actions taken.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
