Review of Board By-Laws
Elections
Officers of the Board (By-Laws: Section 7): The Board of Trustees shall annually,
during the month of December, elect from their number, a president, vice-president,
and secretary, each of whom shall hold office for one year and until their successors
have been elected from their number. No member shall hold the same office for
more than two consecutive terms.
