MISSION STATEMENT: The mission of this organization is to provide quality healthcare services at a reasonable cost that results in
satisfied customers and optimal outcomes.
VISION: The Brookings Hospital should be that this healthcare facility is well recognized and highly regarded by all Brookings area citizens as high
quality, primary care hospital that provides excellent service at a reasonable price. The majority of consumers trust the Brookings Hospital and know
that it works well with other healthcare providers within Brookings, and that it has close relationships/networks with other hospitals, physicians, and
third party payors throughout South Dakota. Based on this, virtually all area consumers will choose the Brookings Hospital when the healthcare
services it provides are needed.
