An Ordinance Pertaining to an Application for a Conditional Use to Establish a
Concrete Plant in an Industrial 1-1 Light District
Be It Ordained by the governing body of the City of Brookings, South Dakota that said
Conditional Use shall be approved to establish a concrete plant on Lot 2A, Block 3,
Telkamp Industrial Addition, also known as 302 32nd Avenue South with the following
conditions:
1. A row of trees shall be planted (1 per 40 linear feet) along 32nd Avenue South to
mitigate impacts to surrounding properties .
2. Outdoor storage along 32nd Street South shall be prohibited.
All sections and ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
