Resolution Authorizing Change Order No. 3 (Final) for 2019-04STI,
22nd Avenue Phase 1 Reconstruction Project, Timmons Construction, Inc.
Be It Resolved by the City Council that the following change order be allowed for 2019-
04STI, 22nd Avenue Phase 1 Reconstruction Project:
Construction Change Order Number 3 (Final): Adjust plan quantities to as-
constructed quantities for a total increase of $8,636.64 to the contract and extend
the final completion date to June 19, 2020 to close out the project.
Passed and approved this gth day of April, 2020.
