Advisory Board Meeting Minutes
Thursday, May 31, 2018 @ 4:00pm
County Board Room
Present: Kyleigh Cramer, Jeff Holm, Tom Richter, Swiftel Center Executive Director, Andrea Hogie,
Swiftel Center Director of Finance.
Agenda Discussions:
Tom called the meeting to order.
The March 29, 2018 minutes were tabled with no quorum.
Tom presented the March and April financials.
The 2018 1st quarter events, event days and attendance was presented.
A handout from Kristina gave an update on the summer events which include: Got Milk Gala, Dairy
Fest, SD Quarter Horse Show, Draft Horse Show, Uncle Sam Jam, Wing & Brew fest, and various
meetings.
Matt was not present.
Jeremy was not present.
Tom reported on some of our upcoming concerts. He shared some talking points that were given to
the Mayor to discuss with the City Council. We are going out to various businesses this summer to
offer specials for holiday parties. The advisory board is one member short and the city will be
advertising for that position.
Tom adjourned the meeting with a tour of the newly remodeled area.
