I was a consulting and city engineer for the first 20 years of my career. I attended a lot of council meetings
regularly. I understand the challenges facing our city leaders on complex issues. A recent published study
indicated that universal mask wearing could save well over 100,000 lives through the end of February. I just
support your decision to do everything we can to all wear masks, social distance and keep our businesses open.
