Amending Emergency Ordinance 20-005 (Revised) to Address a Public
Health Crisis and to Revise Certain Measures Which Have Been Deemed
Necessary to Slow the Community Spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19).
Second Reading: April 12, 2020.
