An ordinance to change the zoning within the Joint Jurisdictional Area
surrounding the City of Brookings
Be It Ordained by the governing body of the City of Brookings, South Dakota,
Section 1. That the real estate situated in the Joint Jurisdictional area surrounding the City
of Brookings, County of Brookings, State of South Dakota, described as follows:
South 150' of the East 165' of Lot 1, Krogman First Addition, in the SE % of the SE % of
Section 16 T1 1 ON-R50W, be and the same is hereby rezoned and reclassified from a
class Joint Jurisdiction Residence R-1 B to a Joint Jurisdiction Business B-3 Heavy District
(1806 US Highway 14).
In accordance with Section 800 of Article Vill of Appendix C -Joint Jurisdictional Area
Zoning, of the Brookings Joint Jurisdiction Ordinance, Brookings South Dakota, as said
districts are more fully set forth and described in Articles III, IV, V and VI or Ordinance No.
14-80 Appendix C of the City of Brookings, South Dakota.
Section 2. The permitted use of the property heretofore described be and the same is
hereby altered and changed in accordance herewith pursuant to said Ordinance No. 14-80
Appendix C of the City of Brookings, South Dakota.
Section 3. All sections and ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
