2. Record of Council Attendance.
3.ID 2019-0382 Executive Session, pursuant to SDCL 1-25-2, for purposes of discussing
the qualifications, competence, performance, character or fitness of any
public officer or employee or prospective public officer or employee. The
term "employee" does not include any independent contractor.

1. It is possible that at least 4 of the City Council members may be present at the
meet-and-greet reception for the City Clerk candidates.
Though City Council members may be present, no official city business will be acted
upon. This notice constitutes sufficient public notice according to SD Codified Law.
