2. Approval of Agenda motion made by Brianna Doran, second by Mark
Sternhagen, motion passed
3. Election of Officers
Chair-nomination of Mark Sternhagen made by Jenny Grendler, second by
Brianna Doran, motion passed
Vice Chair-nomination of Brianna Doran made by Mark Sternhagen, second by
Jenny Grendler, motion passed

4. Budget
$3500 per year
5. Discussion regarding 2019 Public Education Promotion
A. ABLE Awards--discussion on who to nominate Mark will type up
narrative, Brianna Doran made a motion, Jenny Grendler second, motion
passed-winner will be announced at Mayor’s dinner in September
B. Brookings Bonanza -Brianna Doran moved to participate in this
event, Matt Weiss second, motion passed
Rachel and Connie will work on material for the booth, Mark will look into a
donor to have BATA run that day
