6. Executive Session to consult with legal counsel and review communications from
legal counsel about proposed or pending litigation or contractual matters and
discuss marketing or pricing strategies.
7. Approval of 2020 Capital Improvement Program.

8. Set date for public hearing on 2020 budget and rates.

11. Application for extension of water and sewer mains and connection into the city
water and sewer system – Phase 4B – Timberline Addition.

12. Application for extension of water mains and connection into the city water
system – Village Square Addition (former Pizza Ranch location).
AC: Motion to approve contingent upon acquisition of required easement.
