Resolution Awarding Bids on Project 201 9-01 SVR
Concrete Maintenance Project
Whereas, the City of Brookings opened bids for Project 2019-01 SWR, Concrete
Maintenance Project on Tuesday, May 14, 2019 at 1:30 pm at the Brookings City &
County Government Center; and
Whereas, the City of Brookings has received the following bids for the 2019-01 SWR
Concrete Maintenance Project. Schedule A: Clark Drew Construction, Inc. -
$355,418.15, Timmons Construction, Inc. - $404,191.50; Schedule B: Clark Drew
Construction, Inc. - $193,014.83, Timmons Construction, Inc. - $188,736.00; Total Bid:
Clark Drew Construction, Inc. - $548,432.98, and Timmons Construction, Inc. -
$592,927.50.
Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved, that the total low bid of $548,432.98 for Clark Drew
Construction, Inc. be accepted.
Passed and approved this 28th day of May, 2019.
