CAHCELLIHG CERTAIH OUTSTAHDIHG CHECKS
WHEREAS, the City has issued checks that have been outstanding
for more than two (2) years for payment of claims.
HOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following amounts be
cancelled and the proper accounts be credited:
