AUTHORIZING TRANSFERS FROM COHTINGEHCY FUND
BE IT RESOLVED By the City Commission that a transfer of
856, 121. 00 from the Contingency Fund to the following General Fund

This total was approved by Commission action.
Elections Fund is minus 5834. Because the school did not hold an
election this year, the City paid all expenses. The requested
additional 51, 000 is for ordered and shipped ballots invoiced December
1991.
General Government Buildinqs The Commission approved 87, 500 for a
vehicle; the remainder is for removal of the �ail at the Police
Department.
Animal Control This fund may not go over its budget, but to be safee
the S1, 000 is requested.
As year end nears, expenditures are meeting projected 1991 budgets.
No fund appears grossly long or short. The hard work at budget time
, is paying off:
