AUTHORIZING TO TRADE IH SURPLUS PROPERTY
WHEREAS, The City of Brookings, is the owner of the folloaing
property:
1-Breathing Air Compressor (Fire)
1-Stump Cutter (Park>
3-Vehicles (Police)
1-Refuse Body (Solid Waste)
1-Truck Chassis (Solid Waste)
1-Sand Spreader (Street)
1-Vibratory Roller (Street)
1-Sweeper (Street)
1-Half Ton Pickup (Park>
1-Water Truck (Forestry)
WHEREAS, the above property is no longer necessary, useful or
suitable for City purposes, and it is the desire of the City of
Brookings to trade in the surplus property;
HOW, THEREFORE, BE IT KESOLVED By the governing body of the City
of Brookings, South Dakota, that this property be declared surplus
property to be traded in on replacement items.
Passed and approved this 27th day of December, 1991.
