BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
WHEREAS, River Ridge Development Corporation, oMner of the
hereinafter described real property has submitted to the governing
board a proposed plat of the following described real eetate eituated
aithin the governing boards �urisdiction in the County of Brookings in
the State of South Dakota to �it: PLAT OF LOTS 26 THROUGH 31 OF RIVER
RIDGE ADDITION TO THE COUNTY OF BROOKINGS, in the NW 1/ KW1/4 of
Section 11-109H-50W of the Sth P. M. , Brookings County, South Dakota
and the Board of City Commissioners of said City having examined the
proposed plat and it appearing that all taxes and special assessments,
if any, upon said plat and survey, have been executed according to
