SETTING THE UNIT FINANCIAL CHARGE
FOR STORM DRAINAGE FEES FOR 1992
WHEREAS, Chapter 35, Article V, Section 35-101-(c) of the Revised
Ordinance of the City of Brookings, provides for setting the unit
financial charge for Storm Drainage, by Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the unit financial charge
shall be 0. 00014 for the Storm Drainage purposes.
Passed and approved this 12th day of November, 1991.
