RESOLUTION NO. 91-91
AUTHORIZING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 (FINAL)
FOR RELOCATION OF SIXTH STREET WEST PJT. NO. 91-08STI
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission that the following change
order be allowed for the Relocation of Sixth Street West Project No.
91-08STI.

Add Change Order No. 1 28,532 . 07
New Contract Price $ 80,497 . 07
A time extension of twenty (20) calendar days is hereby
authorized.

Block 2 Airport Third Addition
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That in consideration of Ons ($1.00) Dollar and other good and
valuable consideration paid to the CITY OF BROORINGB, a municipal
corporation, hereinafter referred to as GRANTOR, by JOHN W. MORIARTY,
of Brookings South Dakota, hereinafter referred to as GRANTEE, the
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the c3RANTOR does hereby
grant, bargain, sell, transfer and convey unto the GRANTEB, an
easement for the use of an access road bordering the west and south
sides of that portion of the 8 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of Section 22-110-50,
Excludinq all platted areas thereof which lies south of TENTH STREET
AEST, as shown on the attached sketch.
Said easement shall be granted for vehicle access to the
aforementioned property. The grantor shall have the right to erect
gates for access control but shall provide the grantee a means of
access through said gates. The easement shall not run as a convenant
with the land but shall be in effect for as long as the land is owned
by John Moriarty.
