AUTHORIZING APPROVAL TO MOVE A STRUCTURE
INTO THE CITY OF BROOKINGS
WHEREAS, Jerry Cooley has made application and signed an
agreement detailing all required improvements/conditions to be
satisfied and a time table to move a 10' x 20' garage from Arlington,
SD to 202 Fourth Street, Brookings, SD.
BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor be authorized to sign said
agreement with Jerry Cooley.
