AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL
SERVICES FOR MUNICIPAL AIRPORT
PHASE III, PROJECT NO. 3-46-0005-06
(Runway and Taxiway Rehabilitation AIP 3-46-0005-ip )
BE IT RESOLVED By the City of Brookings, South Dakota, that the
City Commission hereby approves said agreement which authorizes up to
$49, 400 in engineering services contingent upon concurrence by SDDOT
and FAA.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor be authorized to sign the
Agreement on behalf of the City of Brookings.
