AUTHORIZING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 FOR
MUNICIPAL AIRPORT PROJECT A.I.P. 3-46-0005-08
BE IT RESOLVED By the City Commission that the following change
order be allowed for the Airport Instrument Landing System Project No.
3-46-0005-08 .
Wilcox Electric Inc.
1. Change of completion date to November 6, 1992 .
2. Increase of contract time by 392 days.
3 . Reduction of liquidated damages from $1, 000/day to $300/day.

Change Order No. 1 0
New Contract Price $ 1, 011, 633
Approval of this Change Order is contingent upon concurrence by
SDDOT and FAA.
Passed and approved this 17th day of September, 1991.
