� WHEREAS, the City of Brookings, a Municipal�fCo��orati�}i;` ef
F- Brookings County, South Dakota, is purchasing Aii�pB��,Thi��ai,•A�ddition
to the County of Brookings, from the State of Sou�,1i `D�kot�;�,,��outh
Dakota State University, and '.';�c� �;,`�'

WHEREAS, South Dakota State University owns the remaining portion
of the SW1/4, Section 22-T110N-R50W immediately adjacent to said
Airport Third Addition, and in connection with the sale of said above
described property, to the City of Brookings, and as additional
consideration therefore said South Dakota State University is
ra��.r�ng an Ea�em�nt f_or a rcad cr driveway or ra�.lroad snur. line so
as to have access to their adjacent premises, and the Board of City
Commissioners of said City having carefully considered said matter and
deeming it to be to the best interests of the City of Brookings, do
hereby authorize, as part of the consideration for the purchase of the
above described premises a Grant of Easement to South Dakota State
University, its successors and assigns, granting to it the right,
privilege and authority to construct, use and maintain across the
hereinafter described real estate a driveway or road or railroad spur
� line.
That the real property covered by this Grant of Easement and to
be used as a road or driveway or railroad spur line is described as
follows, to-wit:
All of Block 1 of the Airport Third Addition to the County of
Brookings, South Dakota, as platted and recorded.
