PURCHASE OF AVIGATION EASEMENTS BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS
FOR AIRPORT PURPOSES (AIP 3-46-0005-09)
WHEREAS, it has been determined by the City's consulting
engineer, Banner & Associates, that Avigation Easements are necessary
for clear zones for Runway 12/30 in the City of Brookings, South
Dakota, and Avigation Easements are generally such described as
follows, to-wit:
Parcels 9 through 58 as detailed in the report on AIRPORT
EASEMENTS by Appraiser Bill Hobson, dated July 17, 1991
Said Report being on file at the Brooking City Engineer's Office.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission that the
Avigation Easements described herein shall be purchased by the City of
Brookings to be used for airport purposes as provided herein.
Passed and approved this 6th day of August, 1991.
