RESOLUTION NO. 63-91
wHEREAS, A petition to vacate has been filed with the City
Finance Office of the City of Brookings, and
WHEREAS, The petition was filed in proper forms and signed by one
hundred percent of the adjacent property owners.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY the Board of City Commissioners
of the City of Brookings:
That the West 15.5' of First Avenue abutting Lot 1, Block 1,
Randall's Addition to the City of Brookings, South Dakota shall
be and the same is hereby vacated and closed.
Passed and approved this 6th day of August, 1991.
