PURCHASE OF THE STREET ADDITION IN THE SEl/4 OF SECTION 22-110-50 THE
CITY OF BROOKINGS FOR STREET RELOCATION PURPOSES
WHEREAS, John W. Moriarty has agreed to convey real property to
the City of Brookings, South Dakota, which is described as follows,
to-wit:
The Street Addition in the Southeast quarter (SEl/4) of
Section 22-110-50 containing 4. 14 acres more or less.
AND, WHEREAS, the proposed conveyed property will be used for
relocating West Sixth Street and that the purchase price including
severance and damages is $22,484 .
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission that the
real property described herein shall be purchased by the City of
Brookings to be used for street relocation purposes as provided
herein.
