PURCHASE OF Wl/2 OF SE1/4 SECTION 15-110-50 BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS
FOR AIRPORT PURPOSES
WHEREAS, SDSU Foundation has agreed to convey real property to
the City of Brookings, South Dakota, which is described as follows,
to-wit:
West one-half (W1/2) of the Southeast quarter (SE1/4) of
Section 15-T110N-R50W
WHEREAS, the proposed conveyed property will be traded to SDSU
for the South six hundred (S600' ) feet of the Southwest quarter
(SW1/4) of Section 22-T110N-R50W and that the purchase price is
$45,040.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission that the
real property described herein shall be purchased by the City of
Brookings to be used for airport purposes as provided herein.
Passed and approved this 23rd day of July, 1991.
