RESOLUTION NO. 54-91
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS SOUTH DAKOTA:
WHEREAS, Dakota, Minnesota and Eastern Railroad, owner of the
hereinafter described real property has submitted to the governing
board a proposed plat of the following described real estate situated
in the City of Brookings, County of Brookings in the State of South
Dakota to wit: Lot 3 of the Third Railroad Addition in the NE1/4 of
Section 26-T110-N50W of the 5th Principal Meridian in the City of
Brookings, County of Brookings, South Dakota, and the Board of City
Commissioners of said City having examined the proposed plat and it
appearing that all municipal taxes and special assessments, if any,
upon said plat and survey, have been executed according to law.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT SAID PLAT AND SURVEY BE AND
ARE HEREBY IN ALL THINGS ACCEPTED AND APPROVED.
