AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN THE STATE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
AGREEMENT - SOUTH DAKOTA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR AIRPORT ROAD
RELOCATION, OBSTRUCTION REMOVAL AND LAND ACQUISITION PROJECT
3-46-0005-09.
BE IT RESOLVED By the City Commission of the City of Brookings to
hereby authorize the Mayor to sign the State Financial Assistance
Agreement to prepare the runway safety zones for the future ILS
installation at the Brookings Municipal Airport in Brookings, South
Dakota. The City will be responsible for paying five percent (5�) of
the cost of said project (AIP 3-46-0005-09) estimated to be
$61,760. 00.
Passed and approved this 2nd day of July, 1991.
