A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING ANNUAL LICENSE APPLICATION FEES FOR
LEASED DWELLING UNITS WITHIN THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA.
BE IT RESOLVED that the annual license application fees shall be
as follows:
I. A fee of eight dollars ($8. 00) shall be charged for each
separate building used in whole or in part for leased or
rented purposes.
II. A fee of two dollars ($2.00) shall be charged for each
leased dwelling unit within a building which has no more
than seven (7) units.
III. A fee of one dollar ($1.00) shall be charged for each leased
dwelling unit within a building which has eight (8) or more
units.
Passed and approved this 28th day of May, 1991.
