WHEREAS, the Brookings City Commission authorized the City
Attorneys Office on February 12, 1991, to give GARY McCULLOCH a
ninety (90) day written notice of the termination of his Liquor
Operating Agreement, and
WHEREAS, the City of Brookings has since received a letter from
GARY McCULLOCH requesting a transfer of his Liquor Operating Agreement
to a Corporation, which Corporation would operate a restaurant and
on-sale establishment at the Brookings Mall, and
WHEREAS, the Brookings City Commission has heard the proposal of
GARY McCULLOCH and has reconsidered its action to terminate and cancel
the Liquor Operating Agreement of GARY McCULLOCH, now therefore
BE IT RESOLVED that the action of the Brookings City Commission
to cancel and terminate the Liquor Operating Agreement of GARY
McCULLOCH is hereby rescinded, and
