CHANGING THE RENEWAL FEE FOR
LIQUOR OPERATING AGREEMENTS AND CLUB LIQUOR LICENSES
WHEREAS, the City of Brookings currently charges a one thousand
one hundred and fifty dollar ($1, 150.00) renewal fee for all Liquor
Operating Agreements and nine hundred fifty dollars ($950. 00) for the
renewal of Club Licenses and,
WHEREAS, subdivison (4) of Section 35-4-2 of South Dakota
Codified Laws explains the renewal fee for such license is fifteen
hundred dollars ($1, 500.00) for first class municipalities.
NOW, BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED That the annual renewal fee for all
Liquor Operating Agreements and Club Licenses be fifteen hundred
dollars ($1,500. 00) .
and approved this 14th day of May, 1991.
