Be it resolved by the governing body of the City of
Brookings, State of South Dakota, that the following named
persons are hereby appointed to the following offices for a term
terminating on the 31st day of December, 1991, subject to the
right of removal as provided by State statute:
Ted Kryger Finance Officer
Alan F. Glover City Attorney
Frank E. Denholm Deputy City Attorney
Steven J. Britzman Deputy City Attorney
Gregg Jongeling City Engineer & Zoning Officer
William Purrington Liquor Store Manager
Dr. Merritt Warren City Health Officer
Robert McGrath Deputy Health Officer
Curtis Jensen Fire Chief/Fire Marshal
Dennis Falken Chief of Police
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That Jerry Wagner is hereby appointed
as Street Superintendent for a term terminating June 30, 1991 and
Ronald Sorensen be appointed as Street Superintendent for the
term commencing July 1, 1991 and terminating on the 31st day of
December, 1991, subject to the right of removal as provided by
State statute.
