WHEREAS, on the 23rd day of April 1991, there was held in the
City of Brookings, South Dakota, a secondary election for the purpose
of electing two City Commissioners for a term of three years, and
WHEREAS, the judges and clerks of said election have returned to
the City Commission of the City of Brookings the official results for
the purpose of the official canvass; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners on April 30, 1991 has
canvassed the results for the purpose of determining who are the
elected officials;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED By the City Commission of
the City of Brookings, South Dakota, that the official vote at the
run-off City Election held April 23, 1991 was as follows:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That Debbie D. Pederson and Michael Oster
are hereby elected as City Commissioners of the City of Brookings for
a term of three years, and that the City Finance Officer is hereby
directed to issue a certificate of election to Debbie D. Pederson and
Michael Oster as duly elected City Commissioners.
Passed and approved this 30th day of April, 1991.
