AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN THE REVIEW APPRAISAL AGREEMENT
WITH THE SOUTH DAKOTA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
FOR AIRPORT INSTRUMENTAL LANDING SYSTEM PROJECT 3-46-0005-09
BE IT RESOLVED By the City Commission of the City of
Brookings, to hereby authorize the Mayor to sign the Review
Appraisal Agreement with South Dakota Department of Transportation
for the Brookings Municipal Airport in Brookings, South Dakota.
The City will be responsible for paying the cost of said work to
the South Dakota Department of Transportation. Such work is
eligible for reimbursement at 90� Federal and 5� State funding.
Passed and approved this 9th day of April, 1991.
