� WHEREAS, The City of Brookings is authori�Ed`pursuarrt�:�o. South
� Dakota Codified Law 9-4-1 to annex contiguous' terr,itory upon=receipt
� of a written petition, describing said territory sought �ti.�l�.e;; annexed,
Q signed by not less than three-fourths (3/4) of `the =legal .vaters and by
!� the owner or owners of not less than three-fourt'li"s . (3/4)��,�lf.��the value

WHEREAS, the City of Brookings desires to annex the following
described property, to wit:
Southeast Quarter of Section 19-T110N-R49W, except the south 700
feet thereof, County of Brookings, State of South Dakota
��'I?ERLAS, th� a��r�said ?er.d is C422t.1C':011S t� the preser_t
boundaries of the City of Brookings, and
WHEREAS, the City of Brookings has received a Petition For
Annexation of Territory signed by the owners of greater than
three-fourths (3/4) of the value of the aforesaid property and there
being no legal voters residing in said territory, now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Brookings, South Dakota, that the
property described above is hereby annexed to the City of Brookings.
Passed and approved this 19th day of March, 1991.

the present boundaries of the City of Brookings, do hereby
