ADOPTING A PROGRAM FOR FIRST RESPONDERS
REGARDING HAZARDOUS MATERIALS TRAINING
WHEREAS, All first responders must meet requirements set by OSHA
1910. 121 and,
WHEREAS, All first responders shall have completed the Awareness
Level only of the Hazardous Material Training for First Responders.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the program developed by the
International Association of Fire Fighters be adopted by the Brookings
City Commission for all First Responders within the City of Brookings,
South Dakota.
