WHEREAS, The City of Brookings has established a Storm Drainage
Fee under Article V STORM DRAINAGE of the Code of Ordinances of the
City of Brookings; and
WHEREAS, to promote orderly growth and expansion of the storm
sewer system and to remedy existing storm drainage problems, the City
participates in capital improvement projects.
THEREFORE, the City of Brookings hereby resolves that the
following drainage improvement project be funded as follows:
Box Culvert across Twelfth Street South at Seventh Avenue South
Total cost of improvement $ 11,970. 65
City Share (50�) 5,985.33
This share and amount being deemed a fair and equitable amount
for this particular project.
Passed and approved this 19th day of February, 1991.
